HR MANAGER~Great opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager~50-70k
Must have Degree, 5 years Generalist with career progression, direct supervisory of staff and recruiting in all areas of staffing.
Position will have 3 direct reports with 10 in the department, will oversee all recruiting and assist with recruiting for hard to fill positions, staff development, advise department managers on staffing and head count requirements. Strong communication both oral/written. Responsibilities will include Compensation, Wage Studies, Job Description, Annual Reviews, Job Fairs, Performance Management assuring they fall within company policy and standards.
